The University of Rochester Baseball Team was crowned UAA Tournament Champions on Saturday night with a 4-2 record at the UAA Tournament held in Sanford, Florida this past week!
They did need a little help from Washington University, who knocked off Case Western Reserve in the last game of the tournament 5-3 on Saturday night, to secure the title outright!
The win against Brandeis in the first game of the day on Saturday assured Rochester of being at the worst co-champs with Case, the loss by Case in the last game of the tournament left Rochester alone at the top of the standings with a 4-2 record. Case, Emory and Wash U all ended up at 3-3 and Brandeis was 2-4.
This is the first and only time a Rochester team has been crowned Champions of the UAA tournament!

Aloha all!
Twas nice to see all the returning parents and to meet the Freshman parents.
Congrats to the TEAM for a job well done. I'm very ecstatic that they are heeding my words,
"GO 4 THE GOLD" (regionals).
To all of my "sons" over yonder, keep up the GR8 work! ! !
Aloha oi . . . until we meet again.
Take care,
Mike & jan
