This is a sample comment for the UR parents to look at. Sullivans are undecided at this point.

Guzskis will be there this weekend. We have the between games food on Sunday; we'll bring drinks for the cookout.

With respect to the cookout day: I suppose having it on Sunday shortens the ride home for the team(and probably parents too) as they don't have to stop to eat. So, in that vein Sunday seems preferable, but Saturday is Ok by us too.

The Justs are unsure yet, but if we come, we can only come on Saturday.

The Brien's plan to come to Sunday's game (cannot make it Saturday). If Sunday is decided on for the cookout, we'll bring a salad or something. However, we won't be able to stay long as we need to drive to Albany before heading back to Syracuse.

The Chanatrys will most likely not be at the Union games. There is a slight possibility that Judy may make it on Saturday.

The Ludwig's will be there Saturday but not Sunday. We'll bring veggies again if the cookout is on Saturday.

We would prefer to have the cookout on Saturday so we can be on the road right after the game on Sunday. We will bring a pasta salad.

I will be there for the first game on Saturday, but will have to leave immediately afterwards to get back for me daughter's lacrosse game in the evening. We will not be able to attend on Sunday. With that said, if the picnic is on Saturday, please let me know what is needed for the picnic and I will be happy to bring it.

The Caghan's wish they could be there this weekend but can't. We hope to see everyone when we play RPI.

The Sullivans won't be there but Kevin will drop off a case of flavored water, 2 bags of apples (about 25 total)and a box of Famous Amos cookies (36 packages) at the Piehlers house so they can bring them to the game for us. Good luck and have fun!
